1:1 Counselling for Relationship Issues
Difficult or broken relationships can leave you feeling emotionally drained and with a sense of loneliness. It's not always easy to talk about it with the people close to you.
As a counsellor, I work with individuals struggling with relationship or breakup issues. At the heart of my work is building a genuine connection with you so that you feel safe and free to open up.
My professional training and personal experience combine to give you warm, non-judgmental therapy, while supportively challenging you to make positive change.
The emphasis in our work will be helping you to identify and gain new awareness around your difficult issues and encouraging you to trust your intuitive self.
Solo Partner Counselling
~ Having problems in your relationship, but your partner is unwilling to go to couples counselling
~ Already in couples counselling, but recognise you need extra support for your own issues
~ Struggling in a difficult, painful or dysfunctional relationship and need to process your thoughts and feelings about whether to stay or leave
I am experienced in supporting people to focus on themselves within the context of their relationship. I can give you a safe and non-judgemental space to discover your needs, priorities and look at how you function as a couple.
As well as supporting you with expressing your grief emotions the work may involve:
~ Exploring how past issues have impacted on how you are healing from the breakup
~ Supporting you to connect with yourself and feel whole for this new phase in your life
~ Helping you with challenges or fears around forming new relationships
I have over 10 years experience of supporting people to heal their emotions and shift their mindset around breakup and divorce.
Fees and how to work with me
Please note that all of my counselling is currently run online via Zoom sessions.
£45 per hour long session for individual counselling
I offer a free 15-20 minute Zoom call so that you can meet me, discuss suitability for online counselling and talk about how I can help you.
