There’s no question that this time of year can be tough after a break-up. In my previous article about Christmas after heartbreak I talk about how to face the season and be kind to yourself.

This year I want to set a positive challenge to help make this period meaningful and uplifting for you, after what has most likely been a painful and challenging year. So I’m introducing your Feel Good Advent Calendar!

Day 1: Write yourself a Christmas wish list.
Don’t hold back on yourself. Don’t deny yourself anything special because you believe that it’s the kind of gift that can only come from a partner. You don’t have to buy yourself everything on the list, but give yourself permission to want things for yourself. If any emotions come up, that’s ok – accept and allow 💗
